请教用友财务软件工程师如何解决？具体的情况如下：
Could not load file or assembly 'Ufida.T.EAP.Mutex.Interface, Version=12.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. 系统找不到指定的文件。什么情况？

原因找到，启用了审批流的单据消息功能（邮件），然后发现T+发邮件的功能应该是绑定了outlook，每封邮件产生了一个动态文件，发送后删除该文件，调用邮件发送的文件和动态文件均被360拦截（确定整个文件夹加入可信任也没有作用，因为是随机生成的），关闭360后，正常！留个记号，供后人参考。
客户端浏览器缓存
清除缓存是清除服务器T+浏览器的缓存，还是指客户浏览器的缓存？
重启服务器，清除缓存重新登录看是否可以
这样的情况可能需要怎么处理？
点击服务器电脑的开始菜单—所有程序—Ｔ＋—工具数据库配置，点确定。清除缓存后重新登录。
